07 · FAQ

Things people ask us most.

How long does a typical website take?

A simple landing page is usually 2–3 weeks from kick-off. A 5–8 page business site lands around 4–6 weeks. Web apps and stores depend on scope — we'll give you a real timeline before any work starts.

Do you do walk-in device repairs?

Yes. Drop in to 77 Stockwell Road during opening hours — phone screens, batteries and basic diagnostics are usually same-day. Logic-board work and water-damage jobs typically take 2–5 working days.

Will I own the code and design?

Always. Once a project is paid in full, all source code, design files, accounts and credentials transfer to you. No proprietary lock-ins, no held-hostage hosting.

Can you take over a project someone else started?

Often, yes. We'll do a free 30-minute audit, tell you honestly whether to continue or restart, and then quote either way.

Do you offer ongoing support after launch?

Every project includes 30 days of free post-launch support. After that, our care plans start at £95/month and cover hosting, monitoring, security updates and a small monthly tweaks budget.

Are you VAT registered?

Yes. All quotes are shown excluding VAT unless stated, and final invoices include a valid UK VAT receipt.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer, debit/credit card, and Apple/Google Pay in the shop. Larger projects are split into milestones — typically 40% on start, 40% on staging, 20% on launch.

Do you work with clients outside Birmingham?

Definitely. Most software work is done remotely; we have clients across the UK and a few in the EU. Repairs are local or by post.
